Some of the joys one goes through living in a city.
I have the pleasure to listen to a car alarm go off for at least an hour now. The owner (whoever that might be) doesn't care that it goes off all day long. The sufferer must put on earplugs for the rest of the day |

I think suburbs just outside the main city is good.
You are like halfway between country and city, which allows you to have the luxuries of the city and the country at the same time. but the car alarm today is doing no justice |

I miss the city soooo much! The people The noises The food The fumes Oh to smell a city bus again!!! i think you've been sniffing too many exhaust fumes. i do love the city, but mainly because i like to disappear in the crowd. in a big city nobody wants to know anybody's business. they just treat you like you're invisible. whereas in a small town, everybody knows what color you poop was today. . . . |

I love them both. The bustle of a big city. Always something to do, always something going on. The country is so beautiful and relaxing. Fresh air and sunshine. You can see the stars at night.

I used to live outside of NYC but still a crowded place. And yes have the ability to have all the good things about NYC. But now I live in a mobile home park is N. E. Ohio near a lake and the only exciting thing here is watching the lake freeze or thaw. Its 10 miles to the nearest town....... I love it.....but what a shocker it was adjusting.lol

I lived in the country and hated the septic tanks, well, trash pick ups and the unplowed roads. Other than that I loved it. Oh yeah wait I hated the smell of the stuff the farmers put on the crops in front and in back of my house and the dust in my house from the fields. Did I mention the huge spiders! Yeah wait I love the city.
