Somewhere around 35 my metabolism changed and I started gaining weight. I switched to high protein, high veg, low fat, low carbs diet, and it fell away. Eat healthy foods and lots of them. Get plenty of exercise of whatever is fun. Your body will stabilize and you will be as healthy as you can be. Don't worry about gaining fat. That part will happen when you least expect it.

yah all i can say is to drink alot of protein drinks...they have alot of stuff that could help you..just gotta look in the supermarket isles.

if anything though...you should go to your docter and tell him/ her that you want to gain weight.thy might actually be able to help you with it...even though this is a normal thing for you.

but ill be damned if im not in the opposite situation.im at a peak...i need to loose rhese last 10 lbs. and the last 5-10lbs are usually the hardest to lose.

ive been working out 3-4 times a week and eating healthy...but these last 10 lbs just dont want to leave me....grrrr

Eat as much pasta as you can every evening before going to bed. Donuts for breakfast, potatoe chips with whatever you have for lunch and sit on you *ss at least 3 hrs every day with no excercise. That should about do it! laugh

I'm the opposite, eating low fat foods & counting calories & exercising.....I think about food & gain weight.

You could take all the diet advice and just do the opposite, it'd probably be horribly unhealthy, wonderfully delicious, and hilarious all at once.

Remember nothing should go in your mouth without first going into a deep fat fryer. Anything can be fried...ice cream, candy bars, if you wanted to you could make a philly cheesesteak coat it in breading and fry it up.

Chubby Hubby Ice Cream from Ben and Jerrys...just check the label.

When people diet they say to drink more water....you go ahead and drink less, load up on soda...empty calories.

They say to eat slower and chew so your brain can catch up to the satiation signal....you eat like Joey Chestnut on crack, cram as much down your throat as fast as possible.

Don't forget bacon, bacon goes with anything and adds a nice caloric boost.

They say to not eat a lot at night, 9:00pm is now known as dinner the sequel, and 1:30 am will complete the trilogy.

Carbs are your friend, your meals should revolve around heavily processed empty carbs.

Vege Oil is okay, butter is better, but lard....it's called lard for Pete's sake, use it, love it.

Watch big people at grocery stores, I don't see them in the vege/fruit sections...do you? They know where the calories are, find them in the freezer section with the TV dinners.

High Fructose Corn Syrup known as one of the major causes of obesity, you can just call it "miracle tonic that goes on top of everything"
