What was the most terrifying moment in your life?

When i was 20 years old....it was the first time i drank beer.... i was flying down...this hill hit the brakes the road was pure ice...i don't really remember impact but i broke the telephone pole in half i was unconscious for how long i woke up i couldn't even see i had blood all over my eyes i split my head from the front to the back...didn't have cel phone at the time...got out..there was convince store about 2 city blocks up the road i got out to stand up and my ankle was broke it was completlly lopsided... i did manage to walk there...i had lost so much blood the police officer was on the scene within a minute... he said i lost so much blood ...we couldn't wait for the ambulance i jumped in the back of the cop car...and and that point i though i was really goonna die. i got 31 stitches in my head that night..and i had a broken ankle....

I got an ear infection for 3 weeks.....I woke up in the hospital with Spinal Meningitis

when i was three

I almost had my hand taken off by a giant snapping turtle when I was in Panama back in 2004. I was in a marsh, retrieving some equipment that I had placed there, when something jumped out and tried to grab me. Luckily it was bogged down by the indigenous plants and stuff, so i was able to vamoose outta there.

when i mixed wine with whiskey when i was younger and dumber. i was like 23 yrs old maybe and what happened was i thought i could handle it and from 11PM to 5 or 6 AM i could not move, my eyes were half open, i was awake just wishing the feeling would go away, i was soaked in my own puke in the bathtub with my underwear and socks on. the faucet was spinning around worse than watching a top spin or you being on the dizziest ride on the planet! Its the last time i will ever mix wine and jim beam. It was scary i was thinking about at some points to call the emergency room..

It has to be a tie between when I learned I had breast cancer and was waiting to get results on whether it had spread....and a car accident I had tonight. Another possibility is the time I learned my mom was having a heart attack and I lived 40 minutes away.

When I almost miscarried my second daughter and was flat on my back for 3 months. Second is when they thought she had Lymphatic Lukemia (NOT) Third when my husband was sitting at a stop light and a car hit him from the rear end doing 80 mph and it broke his seat in half and he broke the back windshield out with his shoulder and head. I arrived at the scene while they were cutting him out of the car with the jaws of life. My house burning to the ground was bad. However the most terrifying experience in my life has been when I got a phone call July 26th telling me my husband was dead. Hate it hate it hate it.

when a prisoner I was to "escort" was allowed ( by my partner at the time) to go into his personal belongings and pulled out a .38 pistol and put it to my head. not a good feeling as I thought this azz whole will shoot me for no friggin reason....
