cs....all I can tell you, buddy, is I have always liked your posts. Whatever it is that's making you a mess, it'll pass. And there are a lot of people here who are in your corner. Maybe it would help if you talked about it? Not trying to be nosey or anything, but everybody needs an outlet sometimes....

cs -- When I'm having a day like that, sometimes I find it helps to take myself out of the moment and think "What will I be doing, where will I be, 6 hours from now? Or 24 hours from now?" It puts a bit of thematic separation between me and the bad "present." It helps me come to grips with the idea that the bad stuff isn't going to go on forever.
