Rambler... a broken down, engine fell out of it, rusted, and right tire is bent sideways is sitting right in front of my hotel. Apparently the engine 'fell out' while they were driving it and they pushed it into my lot. It's also taking up 3 of my prime parking spots So yea, it's not bad enough that I have a porno store next door, and my fence is starting to fall down from the beating it took over the winter... now you pull in and you see this broke down piece of crap.

I would give em something like 24 hours and tow it
on one hand you're trying to run a business and they are taking advantage of you one the other hand you wanna try to extend some modicum of charity |

Call the police and tell them you have an abandoned car on your property. They usually will have it towed and bill the owner of the title. I know this because my friend is a tow truck driver.
