Going to sell everything I have over here and live out in the country in New Zealand on a cottage with a 1000 sheep!
Yes so true what you say. There are great people always get murdered, assassinated, mysteriously dissappearing for some reason. Very sad indeed |

I have many friends in Mexico and I own a house in Del Rio. I am relocating my bus. to Del Rio and will move into Mexico. There, I will open my hamburger joints. I wish to be more retired than working. Mexican min. wage is $10.00 a day for an 8 hour day. |

Yes Mexican's don't pay much in their country the reason why they come to the states. It kind of looks like you are saying," If you can't beat them join them. lol I am going to New Zealand not because of America's economic problems, I am going because I love New Zealand for its people and its beautiful country. Will you enjoy Mexico? The people the country the traditions? I was in Dominican Republic once for a few months. The resorts are first class along the coast, but as soon as you leave them to visit the towns such as Santiago you will see that the people are poor, live in crumbling buildings, roads have huge craters, trash is piled 6 feet high as they don't pick it up but once every 2 weeks, and electrictity goes out at 7pm unless you have a generator. They take only cold showers, throw their toilete paper in trash cans and not in the toilete, food is always the same, and it is incredibly loud all the way until night time. It is a different culture all together. For me vacation is okay, but to live, I prefer solitude, quiet, order, and some kind of security at the end of the day. Everyone has their own bliss you know. |

I first moved there to learn the language and then stayed on a while longer doing business. I get along well with most Mexicans. When they see I know the language, they go from indignant to curious. I lived there before and sold reconditioned appliances. I passed them legally, smuggled them in, and paid off Aduana Officials. It was kind of exciting. Now, I'll just claim what I have to and pass what will pass without question. For now, they are diverting everyone for inspection. Mex. tradition is about as you described. The reason they don't flush paper is, many only use 1 1/2" black pipe for sewage and the septic tanks aren't but about 6'x 6' x6', hand dug and not lined. I like it because, it's a slower pace and kind of like stepping back to a simpler time. |

I support the creation of the Federation of Planets Considering we are more a world community than we have ever been in the past and we will become more intertwined as time goes on, there is nothing wrond with being less individualist and more encompassing. Do I believe we will be one nation someday........I doubt it...but I do see us being more world conscience even now. The world occupants are all we have at this point. If this world fails, we all fail. Our connections to each other have become more obvious. When one country stumbles, many others are effected. When one nation is governed badly, others are effected, etc.... We all matter to one another. |

I do enjoy Mexican food also and like their customs very much. I just can't live there, but can visit for vacation. |
