Buy me a trip to the moon so I can laugh at my mistakes.
From this perspective of looks kinda silly.

I love that song... But it makes me wonder ... Do you think if we were to be in space and looking at the earth how would you feel? Overwhelmed? Let down?

What would you think about?

I'd be thinking, "Somebody better have me a way to get back down there!"

Homesick...

Me too.

I think a lot of people for at least a few minutes would forget about all the worrysome things in their loves and for once truly appreciate the beauty of the little blue orb floating through the space.

In awe. Just seeing the pictures makes me pause. Seeing it for myself would be a sprititual experience.

it would make me think about how utterly small-minded and silly human beings are to be fighting over petty issues such as whose religion's god is better.

let them see how utterly insignificant and vulnerable to an asteroid collision, or any of the other many methods of total annihilation from this vast and unforgiving universe, and then they'd see sense and cherish what they have.
