i like guys in their mid to late 50's who act like their 40's thereby understanding the woman's perspective but having enough spunk to do something about it. I find that I have less energy, maybe it because im on my feet all day. Im going to try to hit the bike trails this yr if the weather shapes up After 6 yrs of going over nutritional info., I think if you feed your body what it really needs, age REALLY becomes nothing more than a #. I still do anything I want, sure I am a little slower, but that has it's advantages also. I know for DAMN sure, I am enjoying life, ALOT MORE. Do some studying on what our food today LACKS. SACREY.

Yeah been going to clean patio guess this weekend scared of what bugs are out there. Last place I had the patio was screened in so I didn't have to deal with bugs and leaves :)

Working today & getting ready to start my travels, MONDAY 5:00AM I will be posting daily on my travels. Those that I have #'s for will get calls, to help pass the time & keep ma awake when driving. Want on the list, send me a # & best times to call. In the next 15 days I will go from Norfolk Va. to Seattle Washington. Moving son's BIG jeep wagon & 2 dogs. Stopping at Music's place, got some business appts., then home for a few days; leaving May 10 for Seattle, arriving sometime the 11 & flying out the morn of the 12, back home by 7:00PM, flights allowing. Watch my travel thread to keep up.
