HJi Carold Do you have the day off? Nope only doing 4 hours days because of my ankle. That is why I thought the swimming would be good and now I'm coming down with a cold :) such is life. I guess yoga this weekend. But I'm going to swim after work one more time before this cold gets to bad.

I think the cold I thought I was getting is really just allergies...I hope so anyway. Hope you feel better. Glad Tim isn't sick again.
