i just dealt with Verizon,they have always been an excellent company to do buisness with excellent customer service on the other hand,MSN TV is awful when it comes to product and customer service. name a company you have had good luck doing buisness with and one that has let you down as a customer be seeing you

I've had the same issues with Verizon. Not the sharpest knives in the drawer when it come to customer service! They are, by far, the worst I've dealt with.

ive had great luck with general motors on the other hand the ford folks can kiss my hairy ass
