Hmmm...do you ever crave C-rations, Drew? laugh

You're lucky, then...cuz a few of my Nam buddies told me they were nothing but canned puke...sick

apparently they've gotten better over the years. i seemed to miss out on the really good ones. some guys i served with said that they had had some with burgers and fries or pizza. i think it's a rumor they pass around to get your hopes up. or to show you how low you really rate.

They stopped making c-rats around 85 or so, but still had them in the inventory till about 88. MREs were also called Meals Rejected by Ethiopians. They were better than the c rats, except for the dehydrated ones. Tuna casserole, and the spaghetti were actually tolerable. No, I don't crave them either..

A head-sized chorrizo and egg burrito from El Famous always makes me ask myself why I keep eating them..

What things do you crave that aren't near as good when you eat them?

We've got quite a few Mexicans in our family, so I've been able to sample some authentic cuisine... Sometimes I crave "barbacoa"...cow head meat...it's kinda' spicy & good wrapped up in a tortilla... But then I start thinkin' about the brains & eyeballs & these weird fatty nodule things...& the craving passes rather quickly...sick

i used to love going to hooters.
the food wasn't bad, but eventually the novelty wore off enough to make it not worth going. i don't need to look at scantily clad women who have no interest in me while i'm eating. i end up going home with a full stomach and an empty soul.

I've actually taken First Dates to Hooters...if they can keep their eyes & tongue in their head...they merit a 2nd date!

that's just wrong. too much distraction. you have to know that the guy, no matter how much he's interested in you, is forcing himself against his nature as a man not to look. that would be like taking a woman to a shoe store and telling her she can only look for socks.
lol

Drew...you wouldn't believe how many men have passed the Hooter's test...of course, I do allow 'em to wear mirrored shades in case of emergency...

well in that case, let's go to hooters.
i'm the type of guy who's eyes are always moving around and checking the surroundings. it's not that i'm not paying attention, it's just in my nature to try to be aware of what's going on around me at all times.
i'm sure it probably bothers some people that i never seem to focus on them, but 90% of the time i'm paying attention. especially when it's with a woman i'm interested in.
