Topic: Simple question.

When I'm sending a text from my pc to a cell and it's long distance, do I need a 1 before the area code? DUHHHHHHHHH. Don't laugh at me.

Not sure if you HAVE to, but yes, you can use the 1.

I think as long as the area code is there, i don't think you need a 1. Try it and see i guess then you will know.

I watch my youngest daughter (23), sit in my living room and text...I told her that texting isn't typing if your using just your thumbs. Tell you what though, a couple of my night crew workers can snap out a text message in about .08 seconds....pretty good for just thumbs.
