I need some help, please. For the last two days, I can't get my emails. It shows I have messages, & I can't get to them!! I've logged in & out, clicked on mail, clicke on inbox, & nothinng. What is the problem?? There is someone I want to chat with, & I can't. What do I need to do??

Did you recently block anyone? If you did, it could be that person trying to send you an email. The only way to retrieve it would be to unblock the person, open the email(s) and then block them again.
If that's not the case, then most likely it is a bug that others have had an issue with. Only Administration can fix it. |

I can send messages, but can't open or find my messages...I see I have 4 new messages, but I don't know what is wrong. I work nights & sleep during the day...maybe I should send my friend an email for now...I'm also on another website...don't hqave any problems there...
