Well honestly due to this troubling economy many cuts are being made causing pay cuts or hr.reductions.In my case my hrs.have been scaled back however I have a passion for my particular position so I'd like to remain onboard.If this situation turns perm.then of course I'll be forced to seek more gainful employment but in the same field.
