i just pulled something in my neck it is extremely painful to turn and sometimes shooting pain for no reason. i took motrin and i am putting heat on it...i work in a couple hours any SUGGESTIONS plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz

motrin does work best... since it is an anti inflammatory. And heat should help. there isn't much else you can do besides maybe call a chiro about it.

If not, Pain Killers will help. And you need to stop using those crazy sex positions, lol

lol youre the nurse!!! Try ice and then heat every 30 minutes and some iboprophen!!

if you've pulled something, & its inflammed.......ICE works best to reduce swelling.........ibuprophen also..........
