Asking about the best cheese is like asking about the best beer. There are too many types and styles to make a clear winner. A good choice would be Maytag Blue Cheese. One of the kids from the washing machine family decided to make cheese instead of dryers and has won every award on the planet. You have to order it my mail.
French Cheese is very good. St. Andre is my favorite. It is loaded with flavor and has a soft texture. |
