Yep, but Wells Fargo caught it and their fraud deparatment called me. I was bowled over and pissed. She said, did you transfer $x to where ever and I said hell no. It took about a week I think and they put all the $ back in my account.

ha just went through that a few days ago, someone took 300 from my checking. I contested it did the paper work drill. yada yada, showed them I was no where near the place when it happened. just this week Seems some time ago someone double swiped my card at a resturaunt I went to about a month ago.they reported it to the resturaunt also. you just can't let a waiter/ waitress take your card anymore walk it up to the cashier yourself.
