I met a guy for two dates at a neutral place. We seem to click.
For our third date, we decided to spend the 4th of July together. BBQ at his place, and then watch the fireworks display at the fairgrounds a block away. I got to his house but he met me outside and rushed me off for the grocery store. We bought things for dinner, and alcohol for drinks. At the check-out stand, the bill came to $35 (give or take) and he asked me for half. We got to his house, and upon walking in, his roommate was alseep on the couch. No biggie except he was in his underwear (not a pretty sight). The house was a mess and the smell was funky. We went into the kitchen, and immediately, I saw a 'pile' from his dog in the corner and in the other corner, it looked like dried dog puke. I grabbed one of the bottles of liquor and left. I was so grossed out! I can't imagine his personal hygiene! |

No respect. Whatever kind of jalopy I was driving was always a clean jalopy when a woman was going to ride in it. She may not have liked my car, but she couldn't complain that it was a pig sty. Again, I rarely get visitors. I am a bachelor, and I live alone, so you do the math. On the extremely off-chance that I ever DO get visitors, the place is always presentable and respectable by the time they arrive. Just don't open any doors, because it might be a bit like opening Fibber McGee's closet. |

Oh, that's true, too! I went over to this guys house...the sink was full of disgusting dishes & his couch had about 5 loads of unfolded laundry on it! What was worse was that he actually EXPECTED me to clean it up! Clueless! |

Ok....be more sociable nice .....Might lead to visitors
Let's not be mistaking anything. Just because I rarely get visitors doesn't mean I'm unhappy with that. I enjoy my privacy. |

I don't think it's a social issue, I think Music is probably just selective on WHO and when someone graces his doorstep. I am private person! No one comes to my house unannounced, and I rarely have visitors. Don't get me wrong, I am very social but there is a time and place -- and a plan for parties, visitors, etc. I don't want to run the neighborhood flop-house! |

Kind of shows a lack of respect for himself when he picks up a date with a garbage pile. That would definitely be a deal breaker for me

Guy shows up to pick me up for a date and he gets out of his truck with an alcholic beverage in his hands. Needless to say, I stayed home alone that evenin.
