Topic: Oh, No, She Didn't! | |

My 4 year old daughter politely asked for a glass of water by using her "princess mannaers" and I thanked her, telling her that I would get it for her.
While getting her drink for her, I hear her call out, "Oh royal servant! Where is my water, please" Oh, no she didn't.....lol - what have I gotten my self in to and what will the next 14 years be like? |

Seriously, I highly advise makin a photo album of all the embarassin pics through out her years. When she has friends or that new guy over, you simply pull it out and TADA! Instant pay back for whatever trouble she may have previously given u. Worked wonders on mine

14 years......It doesnt end at 18 infact it will probably get worse..I dont think you have anything to worry about because that sounds like a dual relationship developeing...Mother daughter obviously and daughter and best friend relationship developing..Works great as long and the child knows the difference...She sounds very respectful and playful...

Thank you - she is indeed that. And yes, the relationship insight. It amazes me how one little person can evolve like she has over the past four years. As long as she ALWAYS remembers that I am the mommy! |

Sounds like great fun to me... does she understand already when it is time to be serious? if so then just cultivate that humor and you'll never be bored... |

Yes, she has a good grasp on serious time vs. fun time. She is such a treat to have, always keeping me on my toes... |
