We get swamped with mice the end of every winter, hungry little field mice...and we fall in the same trap every year...we kind of feel sorry for them, and leave them some food, then before we know it, the mice realtors have pitched signs as our place being prime real estate, and we have a whole city in our house!

I evicted mine for non-payment of rent and pooping all over. Uncivilised little creatures. I told them not to come back until they learned some manners. Two years now without a mouse in the house and I still don't miss there company.

Can you charge rent? Geez I got gipped! We found the vaccuum cleaner does get a workout around mouse time...it looks like it has been on steroids by the time they all go off on summer vacation..

I've never had a moose infestation either. Good thing for them too. One of them would likey end up in the deep freeze.
