I might be moving to Southern Cali {Somewhere Between San Bernadino and Barstow} and I am curious to find out how it is. If you could offer any insight on what to expect I would greatly appreciate it. I want to know about entertainment and any good advice you may have.

Winters are cold but not like in the mountains although depending on where you land it could very well snow here and there. It does get that cold there in winter sometimes. Get used to the color brown because that is the color you will see a lot of if you are not in town. Barstow is some of my favorite camping areas and the Calico ghost town is in the vicinity. San Bernadino has its charms as well if you do not mind being in the desert hills. Other than that its all good. |

Hever right now they are having the Cochella Music Fest. things pick up around that time. There is not much night life around there. there are places dont get me wrong just nothing to write home about. You will be close to Palm Springs if your in SB so thats a good place to go on a saturday night now that summer is creeping up. Theres a Indian Casino near Banning thats nice. Anything more north of SB im unfamiliar with it. It is the low desert for sure. |

What about the people are they really stuck up and rude? nahh everyone is pretty down to earth. its not LA. however people tend to stick to who they know. bet to meet some friends at work or school and ride with them till you meet other folks. |
