Well it's not a "hire" per se. I'm added to their vendor list and when they need appliance work done I get the call. It's more along the lines of "the five locations now use my services". And just walking around the one building (out of six) there were three or four things they needed work on already. The various managers are going to make a list of the appliances needing work and call me to arrange times for me to go check it out. Pretty cool.
