Well i guess this wasn't such a great idea if no one is interested in coming of those that live in the Charlotte area. I'll be there for the last time this coming Weds. night 4/29

Gosh nicenurse! How ya been? Why do you have to live all the way on the other side of this state. Why not come to the beach this year? We'll have coffee and brunch at The Pelican on Ocracoke Island. Well, once again no one from Mingle showed up One of my GF's from work came & brought a friend with her. We sat out under the trees on the deck at a table, chatted & laughed til my sides hurt I tried this "meet & greet" thing for a month but no one seems interested but me IT'S OVER

I havent relocated to NC yet and i dont think i will be close to your meeting place but i want to say what your doing is a great idea! Unfortunately many people are shy but even more are players. I hope when i move there can be a meet and greet near my area and possibly the 2 groups could meet.

I dont understand why it is soo hard to get people to come out for a simple cup of coffee, it's not like im asking them to donate a kidney & it's not a HUGE investment of time or money. I look at it as "Navy Seal" dating. Get in, get out & no one gets hurt. That is unless you happen to be a psychotic terrorist! Dont meet anyone you're interested in or attracted to, it's no BIG deal.
