Thats just because your eye sight is bad and I'm very proud of my kid's! I agree with Emily. The main pic you have is not flattering. You should use a pic that shows you smiling. A happy face will attract a happy person. Your other pix are a little -- excuse the pun -- militant; therefore, a more welcoming pic will balance you. Your profile contains nothing that would inspire someone to contact you. What interests do you have? What type of girl are you interested in meeting? A profile is about marketing yourself. The more effort you apply, the better your results. You already indicated in your stats that you have kids, so there is no reason to mention them -- and as your only interest. Dating is not about your kids (at first). Your kids shouldn't be a part of your dating life until you become serious about someone. Your profile should focus on you and what you can bring to the table for an interested member. Why lose your identity in being a parent? Balance is the key -- having a lot of hobbies -- because not all women want a one-dimentional thinker. Besides, you have already tunneled yourself into being a 'dad' by your username. I'm sure you are proud of your kids. I don't think that was the point in Emily's suggestion. Remember, you asked for opinions. You have to be prepared for all of the answers and not just the answers you want to hear. Enjoy Mingle! |

When I said add clearer pictures, he had one blurry one. Melody gives good advice. Listen to her . |

I believe he was being playfully sarcastic when he said her eyesight was bad... I believe he was replying to markc48... Hard to tell who he was replying to, as he didn't quote that person. Hard to tell if he's joking or not, as he's made 7 posts, so I have no idea what his sense of humor is like. |
