As I take my family to a place called Parrot Jungle, we had the opportunity to sit at the front row seat after looking at tons of different parrots and other birds to watch a show with tigers.

These tigers are trained to do tricks, which I didn't really care too much for at the moment. I was more fascinated with the beauty of these animals. The black, orange, and white stripes. Those eyes and their beauty just made me say wow that is powerful, amazing, and exotic in every form.

When the show was over the tiger came up to me sat down put its huge paw on my shoulder and gave me one big lick across my face!

Not only was my heart pounding at a hundred miles a second, I thought I would be its midday snack or something.

My family laughed as the tiger totally adored me.

It then grumbled and started to purr. Now it wasn't a small purr one is accustomed to with cats, but a rumbling purr.

The owner of the tiger who had him on a leash only laughed and said, "this has never happened before."

I said," Well I sure hope not!"

Everyone laughed.

It was a great experience and can only wonder what made the tiger like me so much today?

Do we have somekind of spiritual, or vibes we don't know about that animals can feel?

In the end I was always a big fan of any cat family. They are truly fascinating in my mind.

OMG yes we do. Ever notice how a dog or cat will go to one person and not the other. They can sense more than just fear in a person.

Gotta say your story had me laughing but so glad it was a great experience for you

I agree cats are amazing, more like spectacular! I base things on scent or smell as so do cats and therefore classify cats as way up on the top of the "WOW" list..

I have a manx cat and cats are great, I prefer them over dogs.

the only thing dogs are good for is if they are a certain breed with good or outstanding hunting skills or if they are really cute or adorable puppies but otherwise they are sort of a waist.

Well I know I have always been good with animals. I once walked in the park and stuck out my hand to offer sunflower seeds. The birds came and ate from my hand without worrying.

The rest of my family tried and not one bird came to their hand.

I couldn't say they are doing something wrong for they weren't.

I just don't get it at all? Perhaps just luck or something.

I agree cats are fascinating. All of them.

It is sad some groups are going extinct like the Snow Leopard, which I think live in Tibetan mountains somewhere.
