This is the 830 metre par 3 19th hole in South Africa, at the Legends Course. It serves as a "playoff" hole, in case of ties after 18.

Once you finish 18 holes, at a cost of about $220 US (including the 19th hole), you fly via helicopter to the tee (helicopter ride included in greens fee). Check out this video of Padraig harrington, designer of the 10th hole play this thing. By the way, if you miss the crawl across the screen. it is 640 yards from the tee to green (elevation) and it takes nearly 30 seconds for the ball to reach the ground.

By the way, if you go, you don;t have to play all 18 holes to get to this one -- they will let you play just this one.
