Topic: I Just Need a quick Answer

I was sitting here thinking about a supper idea for tonight, as I am on my way to the grocery store. And thought about making Kojack's stuffed peppers, and adding a salad, made up of fresh spring mix greens, sliced almonds, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and baby corn on the cob. Tossed with a raspberry vinaigrette dressing. My question is does that sound like a good combo?

I was also thinking about adding mandrine orange slices to it, but then thought it might not go well with the rest of the salad.
