My first act would be to shut down ALL federal spending other than the most critical expenses and make congress address the budget and the crazy spending and unnecessary waste. At the same time I would fire the federal treasury and install real experts who are not bankers but their worst nightmare! ACCOUNTANTS WHO DO NOT WORK FOR THEM! That and abolish the IRS on the spot! the Dept. of the Treasury needs to do their damn job! Not pay the IRS to do it!
