It would be fun to watch a non popular team with no stars emerge as the champions. The underdogs that nobody thought would make it to the championship.

Such games were always fun to watch, because one sees the unity and teamwork + hardwork involved in getting there.

I think that Phil Jackson really did a great job in getting Lakers where they are today. I mean if you look at it the only star was Kobe Bryant when Shaq Oneil left. All the other players are practically rookings with exception of Derek Fisher.

So to have a team emerge so quickly into the spot light is fascinating.

Today well now most fans know the players and can even predict that they might make it to the championship.


The Cleveland Cavaliers is interesting for they never had such a great record in the whole teams history. So they must be a favorite for many people.

Also concerning a All Star Team, I think they don't work that well. For one each star wants to shine in the spotlight and because of that they don't work as much together as a team in exception of the Olympics.

So I would say that how the NBA does it with no more then 3 stars per team is great. It is all their budget can handle most of the time anyway, but a all star team where everyone is the super star is something I only want to watch twice a year. That is in the all star games between East coast and West coast and the Olympics where they blow away every country each year. Well most years that is.

kobe has small forward, aint he a shooting guard thou and u have lebron has power forward when he is a small forward?i dont much about basketball thou but i like watching it, i guess it dosnt make 2 much diff if players play out of position then?

I think Kobe is shown on the starting lineup everytime I watch as a forward, although he plays alot like a guard unless Derek Fisher comes in then Derek usually starts on the floor with the ball.

Have you ever noticed he doesn't like to pass the ball to Kobe??

I always scream, Pass to Kobe he is open, but Fisher dribbles the ball to the opposite side of the court trying to get the ball inside to Gasol or Odom.


What is up with that? Or is it that I only saw this a few times repeating itself and that is not really the case as Derek does pass it to Kobe alot?

i have never really seen kobe play apart from on youtube , i have seen dwayne wade and lebron play alot though and there my fav players, i also like allan iverson, hes amazn but aint seen him play for ages! manu ginobli is also 1 of my fav players as he seems to never miss a shot ever, they never show the nba in scotland which is really annoying and i dnt have any american sports ctations like espn or watever shows th games, sky used to show nba but it stopped to show american football instead

Yeah that sucks. I was in Scotland for 6 months in a town called Stranreaur. I hope I spelled that right. A small fishing town where a ferry will go to Ireland if you want.

We had tea time 6 times a day until it started pouring out of my ears. The country is one of the most beautiful in the world, and I know that doesn't say much to you since you live their probably all your life, but it does for someone who only visited for a brief moment.

Had alot of fish and chips and saw a few castles that rumored to have ghosts in them.

Scotland has great soccer teams in my opinion and I love the movie Braveheart from Mel Gibson. Brave folks you have over there I say!

Can't imagine how the Scottish invented Golf though. I see Scotish people more like bulldozer on a football team ready to destroy any in their path, yet nevertheless, the Scottish are brilliantly bloody awesome folks.

I think if you look there is a way you can watch games or american tv through the internet. You download this program and it is free and you select the country. From there you can watch the shows you like.

I watched once Nigeria shows just out of curiosity. Talking about being in another world with a different language and views of how the news goes around.

yee iverson has so much skill, hes soo good to watch cos hes soo fast and u never know what hes gona do with tht ball. it will defo be a loss if he retires for sure but i defo hope he doesnt either,does any1 know if miami or new jersey are gona make the finals this year?

Jefferson dont play with jersey no more hes in millwaukee....Beasley is playing well...He should have a good career no where near wade though

aww all my nba knowledge is based on from watching it on sky tv here in scotland in the season miami beat dallas 4.3 i think it was in the final under pat riley with jason william, wade, haslam,moring , shaq and cnt remmeber the rest but its the only year they have shown live games and highlights of the nba here, i stayed up 2 2am 2 watch every game but now its just american football thats on nd i dnt like it.the best player of all time has 2 be dr j juluis erving, duno if thats how u spell it thou but hopefully there will be alot more nba on sky soon!
