For me it's when we start dating. In my opinion that's making some sort of commitment to each other, why mess around with someone if that's the case.

I am dating a woman, not from online. I have been dating her since July of last year, I see her about once a month because of work issues which is going to change very shortly.
So I am not actively seeking other women to date. I do have online female friends that I chat with, flirt with a bit.
Now when she moves back to town, I suspect that will change as I will be spending more time with her, putting more of my energies into the relationship.
When did I decide I was off the market as far as new dates???
