Speaking of which- how is your family holding up, Liz? Are they doing well under the circumstances? well, my mom is at a loss, b/c they lived together and she is gonna have to move b/c she only gets 845 on Social security and cant afford to live in the house any longer. Ive been looking all day for elderly housing. Gonna check some more tomorrow. Its hardest on her........

Yeah. I'm sure she'd be taking things quite hard. Try looking at the HUD (Housing and Urban Development) website- they might have a listing for Section 8 senior housing and stuff.

well I have a couple more things to check out tomorrow. EVERYONE has a waiting list Hey, if I could afford to build some senior housing, I would be rich.....

Yeah. You probably would. And yeah- you're almost certainly going to deal with waiting lists and other eventualities having to do with senior housing of some sort, as that's just a part of the process. Hopefully you'll find something soon enough, though.

How are you and how is your mom holding up? doing ok. Ive been going thru her house and we have discussed what kinds of things we need to dispose of and what she needs to keep. Still looking for another place for her to live. Gonna be a lot of work. But she is holding up pretty well! She knows she has me & my daughters for support!
