I pretty much agree with you. Being true to myself.. being honest..

Being real is being true to myself. Sometimes I hide who I am for fear of getting hurt or act like someone I'm not to keep people from getting to close. Don't consider that not being real, consider it being safe.

Real - authentic.
Not living in projected ego. Not having any desire to prove oneself. Being firm in one's principles and personal 'code of ethics'. Being open to learning more about oneself...at times through what is mirrored back through others. Accepting oneself. Living YOUR truth. Walking the 'talk'. Owning your own sh*te. Taking responsibility for your f*ck ups as well as your successes. |
