Do you know what it is? Have u ever experienced muddin? Muddin is the act of takin one's 4X4, 4 wheeler, or whatever heck else mode of transpotation u wanna use to the biggest muddiest hole out in the sticks an proceedin to see just how filthy u can get it without gettin stuck. If u get stuck u can expect to hear some good natured ribbin about it from then until doomsday. However ur buddies will take the tow rope an get u out after a sufficent amount of laughin has taken place. If u finish an there is even one spot of cleanliness anywhere on ur vehicle then u ain't been muddin proper an need to get ur a$$ back in the mud!!

Thats some fun stuff!! I haven't been muddin in years....guess I need to get out more and do it again!

I miss mud racing! I used to compete in Florida and Tennessee.

Then went to California and Utah and did rock crawling .

Fun times!

i took an 18 wheeler mudding once,, that was intresting,,,lol

I can no more imagine that than I can imagine going more than 2 weeks without a pedicure!

get a 4x4 4 wheeler and hit your local river basin,,,,, its quite fun,,, and wet,, and sometimes you might wind up with a new critter in yer pants,, but its a blast

I dont think the point in muddin is to see how muddy you can get...but to see who can make it through the deepest part with out getting stuck.

Ya know, just cause some of us grew up and/or live in the city or suburbs without the advantages of being able to roll around in the mud doesn't make us objects of pity or scorn. I may have had experiences you didn't, which doesn't make you less of a person in my eyes, just as others will have had other experiences that I haven't. We're all different. It's all fine and well to want to share your experiences and love but please don't put others down for not sharing those experiences.

I don't think that was meant as a put down. I think she was just saying you don't know what a great time muddin is if you have never experienced it as many "city" people have not because there really isn't any mudholes in the city. JMO

I've never been. where I live it only rains three or four times a year. we don't get mud. just tumbleweeds and sand

so we go to the sandhills instead
