Topic: The face of a Clown | |
---|---|
He looks at you from behind a vale
Of dulling colors that grow so stale Drying, cracking without a sound But hiding the face of the clown He only has one thing to do He does a magic trick for you And turns your smile up from a frown As you gaze on the face of the clown Can you see his eyes of pain? Hiding teardrops that fall like rain Heavy, streaking, falling down Revealing the face of the clown |
