Arguing really gets you no where, if I can not have a rational conversation with someone then I will not converse with them at all.

Silence is one of the hardest arguments to refute.

It's gotten me fired from a job. When someone tells me some BS, and I KNOW it's BS, I have to call them on it.

I had a guy about ten or twelve years ago brag to me about what his army unit did in Iraq during ODS. He didn't know that #1. I was there too, and #2. The unit he was talking about was in my Brigade. He told me all these stories of how they did this and that. I just sat there, and pretended to eat it up. When he went on to say that he'd been nominated for the Congressional Medal of Honor... That's when I told him to STFU. His unit was with us, but behind us, and they did a few things that he mentioned, but, DAMN.. The MOH? Right.

I argue till I die..then I'll be kicked off from heaven for arguing and banned from hell too.

I've always been one to avoid conflict unless the other party has gone out of their way to piss me off. Then the gloves come off.

If I'm really pissed I argue.... I try to avoid conflict now but usually I avoid it to the point it becomes unavoidable any longer and then I explode...

only if they have a good arguement. People who argue against fact just plain fail at life imho and not worth my time.

I will make very attempt to discuss the problem if nothing is going to be resolved I walk away. I refuse to enter into something that is going to debase.


Now Debating is totally different as long as it doesn't go personal, the second it does I am done.

In person I generally try to avoid conflict. ON the internet I pwn j00.

Then I realized that those I was arguing with, were arguing 'just because'.

So I shut up.

I just don't care anymore. Life is WAY more peaceful!

Depends on the situation...

If it is something that I am passionate about, I'll argue my point until my dying breath and with conviction.

If it is something stupid, I just walk away.

depends on who and what the topic is
I learned with my ex its useless to cause she lives in her own little world and if its not how she sees things she will never stop no matter how wrong she is. (thats when my lawyer gets a call)
