How much of it do you remember.

Sights?
Sounds?
Feelings/emotions?
Messages?
Where you givin a task?
Or did you ask for one?
Did you choose to come back or where you sent back?

I've overdosed and almost died before, dose that count?

Totage what happened? Were you dead for more than several minutes? Did you see your own flesh body? I knew I was dead when I saw my own flesh body lifeless. I saw my family mourning over it and saw my grandfather turn it upside down by the feet hitting it on the back to get the water out of it before my soul was brought back into it.

In the experiences I had, there was no time, it was like eternity. I did not see my own body, but I did feel that I was out of body. I did see God once, and "the grim reaper". But, when I saw God, it was only his body, his head was light.

Just wondering if you felt more real like you knew the mysteries of life’s questions (for lack of better words) or like you were back where you belonged somehow...or maybe like you were always supposed to be in that spirit world because it truly was reality as opposed to the flesh world’s reality which is full of doubts?

Does that make any sense? Were you confused or at peace in this other dimension? The bright light was the ultimate feeling of love and peace for me. I was sure I was in the presence of God. He was bringing me closer to him like it says in the bible...

I had trouble conveying that feeling of no doubts about anything or the profound feeling of knowledge that I felt while in that dimension. Even though I wasn’t sure how to explain it…I'm pretty sure the other dimension was the real eternal one as opposed to this temporary one. It is also written about in the bible when they are trying to explain the veil of obscurity that we feel in the flesh that is lifted when we are in the spirit world with God. It is hard to describe.

I didn't see the grim reaper but I'm pretty sure the light was from God.

Yeah, there was this place I was in, like the center of the universe, and there were these different rooms (I guess) and that I had to choose which one to go through, and which ever one I go through would be my reality, they all looked the same, but they were different realities.

I was terrified in this state, but I was at peace because I knew whatever happened I would always have Christ, so I just prayed and meditated on the Lord, that's how I got out.

my personal experience...i was fourteen, and had a teensy little meth
problem...i decided i didn't quite like living that way.

well, i took a bottle of pills and laid down to sleep...awoke completely
out of it, world spinning, mom dragging me to the hospital, lights
flashing. my body temp was 78 degrees...yep, 78. i was pretty much
toast. anyhow...i remember all the activated charcoal, the needles, the
bright lights...and then i passed back out and coded. my heart stopped
three times that night...

i remember a voice. a sense of peace...no lights, but feeling as if i
were suspended...and that damned voice, telling me it wasn't my time
yet. i argued, you see...said i WANTED to be dead. that i couldn't
handle my addiction...couldn't handle life, period. i quit, that was
that. i was told not to worry about it...

when i awoke, they ran more blood tests, all that good stuff. there was
no presence of any drug in my body...no meth, no marijuana, nada. i had
no dts...i was completely clean for the first time in over two years.
awesome lulu...thanks for sharing thatflowerforyou

That is kinda' like Totage the being suspended part...

I've never had an NDE but I HAVE had several out of body experiences, all of which occurred while I was awake, NOT on drugs of any kind and quite lucid. It's just an exercise of the mind.
