I know we all have people in our lives who are touched or affected by terminal illnesses or crucial cross roads. Having just heard of one, I just want to send some love and positive vibrations through the mingle community.

  i guess my crucial cross roads would have to be dealing with kidney dialysis 3 days a week i have had problems with my kidneys for 26yrs they think possible longer.(i have a birthdefect that my son and i both have as where it effects each person in a differnt way but it does cause issue with the kidneys. my son is also on dialysis. we found out a little over 4yrs ago that he only had one kidney. and the end of dec of 2007 we almost lost him. he had been sick a week before xmas. and a few days after my mom took him to the doc and he was admited in the hospitol with pneumonia he was in pediactic where they rushed him into icu and he went into cardiac arrest. not only did he have pneumonia but issue with his lungs heart and only kidney.he was in icu for over a week and in the hospitol for a total of 3weeks... he still has some problems but other than that he doing good... to let you know my son is 22 yrs old but with a mind capcity of a 12yr old(hes a special needs child) my daughter is 26yrs old and has 3 kids. they dont have any problems..(just the chromazones crossed when i was pg with my son) |
