Try "clicks billiards'. Dubliner always has some local Rock band. Not my cup of tea, but it's not the Scottsdale crowd.

Grahams Central Station is my favorite. Priest and Elliot in Tempe. It's got a few different themes rooms with a big country bar in the back. Good mix of people and the hip-hop room usually keeps to itself where they belong.
