Can someone tell me how to post a pic on a thread? Then do it the same way you see the quote. but instead of the word quote use img in the square brackets. Do not forget the forward slash in the end of it to break it. Hope that makes sense. Whisper, you are an angle from heaven! |

They do SHOOT through, don't they? I remember a lil 5 yr old girl visiting ,when my girl child was just 2. I just thought, GAWD, that is SO old, "we" are just NOT even doing that! 
Now??? As she is now 10 and just about to pass my height? I'd give anything to have 5 back. I really love their infancy best. Still, 'tis one amazing, breathless journey (fast, though it be!) ...

My daughter was born. The most magical, enlightening, earth moving day of my life. Today I gave her a princess themed birthday party with a 3D princess castle cake and everything pink. Sorry, just thought I would share.  Happy Birthday to daughter of Meg

Hi Dancere, breathless is definitely the best description of the past 4 years... Don't think the state of being breathless does anything but accelerate! My friends that have children out of the nest have more breathing issues than I do. At least we are still in proximity and better able to influence. Love this Scandinavian verse: There are 2 lasting bequests we can give our children, One is roots ... and the other - WINGS!
Again, MANY happy returns of the day. You never realize until a parent, their b'day is OUR day, MAJIK! TRUE love ...

Thank you all very much for your kind indulgence. She is finally in bed, with all of the Barbies she got today. The little boy in the pics is a friend of ours son. He said when he grew up he wanted to marry Piper and be her Prince Charming.......I almost cried.
