Yes my boss seems to think it's ok to come to work at 3 or 4 and have lunch, go for a walk and then start meetings at 6pm...

you know I don't get OT silly head... I don't care but what annoys me is I'm 15 min late and he gets pissed even though he's not even there and then I get to work 10 hr days with no lunch.. Such is life... I'm glad I'm not laid off..

Yeah... I know you don't get OT. I just had to make sure. And yeah- that whole one-sided tardiness thing doesn't fly. If you're the boss, there's even LESS excuse to just saunter into the office whenever you feel like it. If your employees are required to show up on time for a meeting, you're supposed to show up even EARLIER, that's what I say... Ten hour days with NO lunch??? That's just inhumane!
