there is no answer to this age deal. i have posted on it before. why would a young bird want to get to know an old bird. what does he have on his mind? and when his age changes from 48 to 50 all in the matter of a days time, what is he thinking. vice versa with women....men after young women, older women want younger dudes..

and those women that hide things and say stuff in their bios that turn out to be false, or they are larger in life than the type says, what do u expect. it is very hard to sell ourselves, and when the truth does not work, lies often work better with a little...well forgive me but i stretched the truth a little. what man/woman does not do this.....

I guess it's just a preferential matter. As for me I prefer men my age or older. Oldest I've dated was like 56. I've dated a couple of younger guys but won't anymore cause it's just NOT for me.

There are some of us Andy, who have told the truth in our profiles, and would throw a wad of money back in the face of some old coot trying to use it to enice us. There are good and bad people on here...men and women alike. Several regular poster have stated their preferences loudly and longly...and that's okay because that is what the forums are for. Generalzations are never good..because there are always those who will not fit within the mold no matter how they try.

Yeah, some of us prefer older guys. And it depends on the person how old is too old.

To the OP: I'm 58 and my present interest is 27. So ya .. no grave hoppin here OP. I have tons of younger guys I talk to, am not hurting at all for dates.

I drive my OWN BMW, get told I'm pretty plenty, and have my own stash of cash .. don't need a guys too.

Ahhhhh andy. I've been on here a long time. Before mods. Before mingle2. Before one plus you. Before just say hi. I'm also 43. Sometimes you just have to think deeper. We have had multiple topics on the subject of creepy old men threads and "Not looking for creepy old men" in profiles. Just think of the young irresponsible uneducated females you're dealing with. I've actually had the luxury of irony of at least one of their own defaults of discretion and choice. There was a young woman on here who was very vocal and opinionated. She called me ugly creepy old man repeatedly in the threads. And where is she today? Pregnant, and dropped out of college, and the loser punk that got the mouth pregnant? Long gone. I'd rather be a ugly creepy old man that's a combat decorated vet with two degrees, 15 diplomas, well cultured, and well traveled; than a mean, shallow, neurotic, insecure, plastic walking vagina barbie doll. But then that's just my opinion. Hey andy- at least they advertise their intellegence and incompitence and shallowness in their profiles. It makes it so much easier to pass them by. Lacking character. Lacking personality. Lacking experience. Lacking responsibility. Uh no thanks.

But I have many young lady freinds. And I enjoy our conversations and freindship. I realize I'm a bit out of the age bracket for them and that any type of relationship other than freinds would be awkward and irresponsible.

you truly are a sage among men! I have had GFs older than me, my age, and younger than me. It is just a messed up game and it is worst in Los Angeles because most people here are so image conscious! Some women here are so shallow that they will not even talk to you if you are not wearing the right shoes.
All I can say is I do try to fly below the view of the crazy radar. But still I am also tired of sitting back and seeing the "Oh poor little me, I'm so fragile and all these creepy old men keep hitting on me," profiles. Some of these little candy asses need to get over themselves.
