This seems so scary to me, but I swore I would stop hiding from the world. I just went through a near death experience, so I decided what did I have to lose. My divorce is almost final so I've decided to tread the waters, carefully so to speak.

elaborate on this recent near death experience, enquiring minds want to know!

Well I have low blood sugar, and on feb 13th it got so low I was blacking out. I reached for what I though were sugar pills and it was the wrong bottle(I was already muddleheaded} Turned out they were insulin pills. Thats all I remember. I was told I was in a coma, and my sugar was 7 in the life squad. My kidneys shut down, and my heart stopped. I recall several bizzare dreams, and when I woke up I was hooked up to several machines. I hovered between life and death for several days, and underwent 20 dialysis treatments. Although I have memory blackouts, I am almost 100% now. That is why I got the courage to join this group!!
