Topic: When is a newbie no longer a newbie?

I havent been here all that long, i dont see myself as an 'oldie', i guess im not a newbie anymore though. At what point does someone lose their newbie status?

youve been here for almost a year...id say you are no longer a newbie hun!! Well, closer to half a year! I dont consider myself a newbie. I kinda forced my way into these forums fairly quick, my 50 pager intro thread helped that! and the fact i already knew a fair few people here.

They told me after I posted 1000 I am not a newbie any longer. I was kind of hoping I wouldn't be here that long but mutual match has proven it once again you can check out anytime you want but you will never leave. So newbie or not you are here to stay my friend

4 months or 1000 posts I agree time is a factor, but is post count really one? Some people just dont post all that often.

When people no longer shake their heads & wonder about you... When even the "oldies" give up on trying to make you see it their way... When you can take a lickin' & keep on tickin'... Good answer! Though some of the stuff i say still makes people shake their heads. But people have given up trying to tell me how to act. When i first arrived, my style met some disapproval.
