I ordered something two days ago and paid extra for overnight shipping. So technically the package should get here today.
Well a while ago I saw the UPS truck in front of my house and I'm like "cool...here's my stuff". And then the UPS truck left. So I opened the door to get my package...and...NOTHING!!! WTF? Did the UPS man steal my stuff??? |

Depends on what time of the day you ordered your stuff, they might have been on their next day time (like banks at 3 pm)so you will get your package tomorrow.
Just a guess. |

Sorry about blowing your cover.
Well, I just went to the UPS website and did the tracking thingie. Says: ATLANTA,GA, US 03/18/2009 6:35 A.M. OUT FOR DELIVERY So that explains why the UPS man was in front of my house. I does not, however, explain why he left without leaving my package. Btw...the UPS website as a picture of a OMG SO YUMMY delivery guy on the homepage.

Maybe the delivery driver read his notes and saw that the previous dozen drivers to deliver to your property have been accosted for sex?

They get round that with residential deliveries (I assume it was a delivery for your residence?) in which case they have until 7pm tonight to deliver. The Excuse? it is residential.

More like the other way round...because my usual delivery person is a scary, manly looking woman beast thing. Very frightening. They get round that with residential deliveries (I assume it was a delivery for your residence?) in which case they have until 7pm tonight to deliver.
Cool...I'll wait til seven then before I read them the riot act. |
