Guinness Stout Beef Stew
Honey & Whiskey Glazed Corned Beef Brisket
Sheppard’s Pie & Gravy
Ale Battered Haddock


for this holiday consider the following for a decsent sized crowd and make as follows...

2 bottles of Guiness Stout
2 bunches of carrot
beef stock
stew beef
red skin potatoes
mushrooms
peas
pearl onion
pepper
celery
salt

--------------------
for the brisket get
flat layer stack of corn beef
6T of your choice Whisky
2T honey
salt to taste
----------------------
for the pie use
can of corn
mashed potatoes
celery flakes
chuck beef like 2 pounds
and onions and a little garlic

cook everything seperately using your best sense and then get you some haddock and sprinkle with a little ale and serve with tartar sauce


serve w
a) steamed cabbage
b) green beans

My grandma always used peas for her Shepard's pie. :) Maybe I would have liked it more with corn. I like peas, but the mix of textures didn't do it for me at all.
