I promised myself a long time ago to be more patient and understanding and I think I have kept that promised to myself

is it not other's that must be the voice of if self has kept it's word about such things, lol...

the brain can prove to itself anything it wish, as if it look to see how it has done so, it will find it, and if it look to see how it has not done so, it will find this as well???

if other's are not the tell, then does not each human thing, become only a dictator of itself as good???

but true confidence also promise to itself, that if it does not do this, is is also as perfect, as to see failure, create the very belief in failure, which make it so with all reaction of the entire essence of self, and for a damn good greater reason, as self cannot know nor predict good reality for itself, if self cannot find the good reality for other's, does not believe this for other's first, and if not, a sad thing indeed, as this has infinite impossible hopses of knowing this for self, as to find the potential and good in what self see as not good, each time, but solidify more confidence in itself, and this be the only happiness of the self soul that exist.

To shed at least 150lbs by the end of this year. So far 60 has come off.

To not get involved with someone until this has been accomplished.
