There are a lot of restrictions to limit someone from emailing you. Thats the only problem I see. I know we have to set limits to what we want but sometimes you are better off not to be so strict on those limits when you are dealing with the internet. You definately need to smile. A happy face will attract a happy lady!  I would describe the type of lady you are looking for in a potential partner, and list a few goals: travel, education, etc. A kooky line to inspire conversation.
