I start a new project tomorrow. Tree and shrub trimming, and a couple garden fixtures, benches, tables, etc.

yeah I gotta get up tomorrow and start refurbishing that stupid townhouse Asked the next door neighbor to do it but in a week and a half all he's done is put a roller and some painting supplies in the living room And the tenant wants to move in by the first - out five days off

It's just as well really. Now that I'm doing the appliance repair thing I really don't want to go back to remodeling... but I really need the money so I should do it myself
