OHHHH!!! I am all over this one....
The Joys of being single.... (ahem) Your money and time are yours. You can screw anyone you damned well choose. You don't have to apologize or blame the dog after a meal involving bacon wrapped brussel sprouts. If you wanna sit around the house naked....you don't have to explain it to anyone. If you are outside and need to pee.....you pee.....no hiding needed. Is that good enough or do I need to continue? I got years of reference to work from...... |

Okay Love....
If I want to give some love and attention to my friends.... it doesn't become a popularity contest. If I want to hang out at the zoo to watch the animals wake up...I don't have to convince anyone that I WASN'T out getting laid. I don't have to put up with fast food just because she has a craving for McDonalds....eeewwwwww... If I choose to sleep in and snuggle down hard under the covers.....and I wake up thinking that my love is in my arms....(Honestly, it is probably nothing more than my crazy dog Black Betty trying to get me to rub her belly while I am half asleep) But, at least I don't have to try to explain why I referred to my lover as "Betty" while I was completely unconsious. |

Holy cow, sorry lovethelord, but I love being single to tell you the truth. I love not having somebody poking at me when I tryin to sleep for crying out loud, not having somebody asking me a zillion questions, not having arguments with folks, and number one, not having to deal with insecure folks. I'll take single and lonely over married and miserable any day.
