Excersice theory and the benefits of proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation vs. static or dynamic stretching.


Contract-Relax always gets me better results. PNF patterns and rythmic stabilization built into a program do well too. Look up something called Total Motion Release if you like. We've been using it for more difficult patients who need a more holistic approach. Also Egoscue has some great techniques.
